By applying to a wholesale account you agree with our TERMS AND CONDITIONS bellow:

  1. Fashion and Beyond is the sole distributor of Liquido brand in the UAE
  2. All retail sales must be made under your own brand name
  3. You must have a registered business in order to sell our products.
  4. You must provide us the current address for where your business is located
  5. If you have more than one business where you will be selling Liquido, you must provide us the location for all your business where our product will be sold.
  6. If you are a current retailer and you started a second/third/fourth business such as online shopping, a studio, a retail store and you would like to sell our products you must notify us and your request is subject to approval.
  7. Retailers are not allowed to sell our products at locations we are not aware of and or have not been approved.
  8. Retailers are not allowed to sell outside the UAE without prior approval
  9. Retailers are not allowed to sell our products on websites such as Amazon, EBay and any other online website without our authorization. Failing in doing this the account will be suspended and legal actions may be taken.
  10. If you established an online store and you would like to sell our products online, you must notify us. Your request is subject to approval. Failing to do so your account will be suspended.
  11. After your wholesale request is approved for the first time, you have 30 days to place your first order. Failing to do so, your wholesale account will be closed.
  12. Each order must be a minimum of 150 pieces or 15,000 AED whichever is higher.
  13. For orders of 350 pieces and above a discount of 15% of the wholesale price will apply
  14. Retailer’s prices should align with Liquido UAE retail prices.
  15. Retailer’s sale timing and items on sale should align with Liquido UAE sale timing and items on sale
  16. Retailers may not use images from Liquido accounts for marketing without prior approval
  17. Only faulty items can be returned and exchanged. All our products are checked before sent to our clients, however sometimes may be a fault in the garment which can be overlooked; it is the wholesaler’s responsibility to check stock on arrival as faulty items needs to be returned within 7 days from the date order is received.
  18. Faulty items needs to be returned within 7 days. Once Liquido receive the faulty item, the item will undergo through a quality review and we will notify you on the outcome.
